UI/UX Designer

Your responsibilities:

  • Designing responsive user interfaces – from user flows and static wireframes to interactive prototypes – based on an existing design system.
  • Contributing to the development and documentation of the design system.
  • Ensuring usability, aesthetic quality, and visual consistency of designed solutions.
  • Preparing technical specifications for proposed functionalities.
  • Presenting design concepts to stakeholders and clearly explaining design decisions.
  • Collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders to define optimal design solutions.
  • Working closely with developers throughout the development process and testing implemented solutions.
  • Creating interface copy specifically tailored to meet business objectives.
  • Conducting usability tests and implementing improvements based on research results and user feedback.

Our requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, supported by a portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Figma for creating responsive digital products, from wireframes to interactive prototypes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional and intuitive design solutions.
  • Knowledge of best practices in user interface design, typography, and digital accessibility according to WCAG guidelines.
  • Experience in conducting usability testing and qualitative data analysis, with the ability to select appropriate research tools.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar or Clarity.
  • Attention to detail, timeliness, creativity, and responsibility for the quality of delivered solutions.
  • Experience working collaboratively within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to Have:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with AI tools supporting UX design.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
