- responsibility for providing legal support to the US company within the corporate group;
- ensuring the company’s compliance with US federal and state law (in particular Delaware and California);
- drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents in accordance with US law;
- advising on commercial, corporate, consumer protection, data privacy, and intellectual property law in the US;
- providing ongoing legal advice on e-commerce and digital business, including drafting, reviewing, and updating terms and conditions of the company’s online platform;
- preparing and maintaining the corporate documentation of the US company (resolutions, minutes, registers, filings) in accordance with federal and state requirements
- monitoring changes in US legislation and assessing their impact on the company’s business;
- coordinating with US law firms and supporting contacts with US authorities;
- participating in various legal projects within the company and the group, including supporting and substituting team members in handling other legal matters of the company as required.

Your responsibilities:
Our requirements:
- university degree in law (completed studies in Poland or in the US);
- preferred: qualification as an attorney-at-law in Poland or license to practice law in the US;
- several years of professional experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, gained in an international environment;
- excellent command of English, both spoken and written (including legal terminology);
- professional experience working with US law or providing legal services to US companies.
