Junior Business Support Specialist

Your responsibilities:

  • Support board game creators in the process of introducing their products to the platform and in their promotion.
  • Ensure the data in the CRM system is up to date and support its development to make work more efficient.
  • Maintain lasting and positive relationships with current and potential creators.

Our requirements:

  • Availability between 10:00-20:00 (flexible working hours)
  • Very good command of English (C1)
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the industry 🙂

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of crowdfunding and a passion for board games – if it’s your hobby, that’s great.
  • Experience in business customer service (B2B), even if you’re just starting out, every experience counts.
