Our accomplishments in 2023 exceeded our expectations as we more than doubled our results from the year before, and our platform helped fund the third-biggest worldwide tabletop campaign. With no plans on slowing down, we are setting even bigger goals for 2024. We are looking for a person to achieve new heights with us.
π‘ As our Head of Sales, you will:
- Combine hard and soft skills to be a proficient team leader and product expert.
- Develop and put into action creative sales tactics.
- Create commercial connections in a global setting.
- Help develop the product together on our platform.
- Blend creativity with in-depth knowledge about the product’s technical features.
- Present other sectors with new crowdfunding related challenges.

We are seeking an applicant who:
- Has experience with B2B sales and managing a team.
- Understands our industry or has experience working in the technology services industry.
- Can verify their experience working in global markets.
- Speaks C1 level Polish and English.
- Is creative and not afraid to deviate from the norm while keeping their work and the work of their team well-organized.
- Has good interpersonal skills, charm, and the ability to create new relationships.
- Has a min. of 4 years in a similar position.
