📌As Head of Business Development, you will:
- Use your technical and interpersonal skills, being both a product expert and an effective team leader.
- Develop and put into action creative sales tactics.
- Build business relationships in an international environment.
- Help develop the product together on our platform.
- Blend creativity with in-depth knowledge about the product’s technical features.
- Present other sectors with new crowdfunding related challenges
- Be the primary contact of key customers and business partners, nurturing long-term relationships.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to them
🎯 We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has at least five years of experience in B2B sales and sales team management.
- Understands our industry or has experience working in the technology services industry
- Can verify their experience working in global markets.
- Speaks C1 level Polish and English
- Is creative and not afraid to deviate from the norm while keeping their work and the work of their team well-organized
- Has good interpersonal skills, charm, and the ability to create new relationships.
- Has the ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to develop effective sales strategies.
- Knows and understands the dynamics of working in a growing startup environment.
- Has experience in using modern sales tools and technologies (CRM, sales analytics, marketing tools).
