Support Specialist with Chinese

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting business partners and individual customers in using the systems offered by the company
  • Supporting creators in running crowdfunding campaigns and other projects on the platform
  • Responding to messages from platform users
  • Ensuring the quality of communication and a positive experience for platform users
  • Reporting user needs in relation to the platform and its functionality
  • Cooperating with other departments of the company to optimize customer service processes
  • Ensuring the quality of data in the CRM system

Our requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in customer service
  • Very good command of spoken and written English (C1 level)
  • Good command of Chinese (B2 level)
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technological solutions
  • Focus on cooperating with the customer
  • Ability to communicate effectively

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the technology or crowdfunding sector
