What matters most is energy, determination, and ambition. We value people who are ready to grow with us. Experience in the crowdfunding space – whether as a Creator or a Backer – is a strong plus.

Be a native English speaker or have C2 level

Understand American culture and navigate its communication style naturally

Have a strong instinct for social media and truly understand it, not just scroll through it

Having sales experience in the U.S. market is a plus
