Business Analyst

Your responsibilities:

  • Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to clarify business needs and turn them into implementable requirements,
  • Produce specifications in cooperation with designers and senior engineers (flows, rules, edge cases, non-functional requirements),
  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and keep them consistent across tickets and documents,
  • Model processes and data (entities, states, validations, integrations) and keep documentation tidy,
  • Support engineering during delivery: answer questions, handle change requests, keep scope under control,
  • Help QA by providing test scenarios, expected outcomes, and traceability to requirements,
  • Validate outcomes using basic metrics and feedback, and propose improvements.

Our requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst (or similar) in a software team,
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (you catch gaps and contradictions),
  • Ability to write precise, testable requirements and acceptance criteria,
  • Good understanding of software delivery (discovery, design, development, QA, release),
  • Clear communication and ability to align multiple stakeholders,
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and turning it into structured documentation.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with platform products with multiple web apps or shared services,
  • Basic technical understanding (UI, Web, APIs, integrations) to discuss trade-offs with engineers,
  • Experience with adtech / advertising products,
  • Familiarity with typical tools (e.g., Jira / Azure DevOps / Confluence).
