Accounting Assistant

Your responsibilities:

  • Verifying the correctness of received cost documents and preparing them for accounting,
  • Reconciling settlement and clearing accounts,
  • Entering documents into the accounting system,
  • Supporting the process of closing the books and audit,
  • Archiving accounting documentation,
  • Supporting the accounting and finance team in current tasks.

Our requirements:

  • Higher education in the field of finance and accounting/accounting or currently studying,
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles,
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel,
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum level of B1,
  • Ability to work in a team and good organization of own work,
  • Accuracy and punctuality in performing assigned tasks,
  • Ability to quickly absorb knowledge,
  • Positive attitude and orientation towards development,
  • Interest in the topic of financial reporting.

Nice to have:

  • First experience in accounting or working with accounting systems.
