Scrum Master

Your responsibilities:

Facilitate team routines: planning, daily, refinement, review, retrospective,
Help the team deliver predictably by removing impediments and improving flow,
Coach the team on pragmatic Scrum/Kanban usage (process that helps, not ceremony),
Work with Product Owners on backlog readiness and planning quality (clear goals, scope, dependencies),
Track and communicate delivery risks, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints,
Support cross-team coordination when needed,
Drive continuous improvement using simple, actionable metrics (throughput, cycle time, lead time).

Proven experience as a Scrum Master (or similar delivery/process role) in a software team,
Strong facilitation and communication skills (you keep meetings short and effective),
Ability to identify root causes and turn problems into practical improvements,
Good understanding of software delivery and engineering realities,
Ownership mindset: you close loops and follow through.
