Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting creators in running crowdfunding campaigns 🎯
  • Managing and updating data in the CRM system πŸ—‚οΈ
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with creators and presenting them with Gamefound’s offerings 🀝
  • Collaborating with other departments to optimize customer service processes πŸ”§

Our requirements:

  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written (C1 level) πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§
  • At least one year of experience in B2B customer service 🏒
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technological solutions πŸ’»
  • Customer-focused with a strong ability to build lasting relationships πŸ’¬
  • Creativity and effectiveness in problem-solving 🧩
  • Hybrid work model – partially in the office (10:00-15:00) and partially remote (20:00-23:00) πŸ πŸ’Ό
